Recently relocated to the Rockies, Meadhbh enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, running, golfing, skiing, and camping with her husband.

Kara Combs, a Managing Consultant, is an organizational transformation advisor with over 20 years of experience helping leaders navigate complex change and evolve how their organizations operate. Having lived overseas for nine years and traveled extensively, Kara is passionate about understanding culture and listening to people’s stories—an approach that shapes how she partners with leaders to identify root causes, design solutions aligned with organizational culture, and support lasting change. When she’s not working with clients, Kara is usually traveling, practicing yoga, or reading widely in search of inspiration from unexpected places. 

She has designed and facilitated training programs at local, national, and global levels—improving onboarding, talent management, compliance, and tech enablement—while bringing a relationship-driven approach honed through years of working with business leadership. Her work has consistently improved retention, enhanced performance, and aligned talent strategies with sustainable business growth.

As a Senior Consultant at Peak Advisory Consulting, Cassie is fueled by a genuine passion for guiding clients toward deliberate talent strategies that both propel the business and provide a better day-to-day for its employees. As a People Strategy and Organizational Change Management Advisor with 8+ years of experience and a foundation in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Cassie has led enterprise level transformations across HR technology, organizational design, and people centric policy evolution. As a certified Prosci® Change Practitioner, she brings expertise in how individuals and organizations adapt to change, pairing analytical rigor with human centered insight to guide clients through complex shifts in people, process, and technology. 

Cassie holds a Master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Harvard Extension School, as well as a Bachelor's in Finance and Organizational Leadership. Her broader HR background spans talent development, talent acquisition, and program management. She's consistently working to stay on top of industry trends through the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology, as well as the Association for Talent Development.  

Cassie lives in Kansas City. When she's not working, you might find her in the garden, hosting friends, or venturing to the mountains.
