As a result of living overseas for nine years of her life and globetrotting during her free time, Kara is passionate about understanding culture and listening to people’s stories. This directly translates into her relationships with business leaders as she listens deeply to identify root causes, develops solutions tailor-made for the organizational culture, and ensures sustained success long after project completion.

Cassie Grimsman is a Senior Consultant fueled by a genuine passion for guiding clients toward deliberate talent strategies that both propel the business and provide a better day-to-day for employees. As a Six Sigma Green Belt, she is skilled in process improvement and helping teams utilize technology to streamline work. Cassie began her career in the non-profit sector overseeing talent initiatives for an economic development organization. She is skilled in listening to business leaders to understand coaching talent attraction, retention, diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices. Cassie has a Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Harvard Extension School and a Bachelor's in Finance and Organizational Leadership. 

Becky Kim is a Senior Managing Consultant with a passion for helping executives evaluate, transform, and improve the performance of their organizations and teams. As an accomplished 20-year professional with a background in organizational effectiveness consulting for both HR and Business functions, she prides herself on her ability to deliver practical solutions with high-quality results. She values working hard, listening, and learning every day. These are skills that have served her well in life and work and helped her build strong relationships over the years. She is thrilled to be a part of the Peak team and their mission to help employees and clients experience the best in both work and life.   

Tyler Masters, Senior Consultant, has 10+ years of experience in Human Resources at varying levels of responsibility and leadership. He has worked directly in consulting with organizations in multiple industries such as municipal government, transportation and logistics, technology, healthcare, private equity, construction, and non-profits. Tyler is well versed in creating solutions and efficiencies for the clients he supports. Tyler’s personal values are communication, collaboration, and compassion which drive both his personal and professional relationships.

Jenn Perez, a Managing Consultant, is an accomplished, certified HR professional with over 11 years of experience working with individuals and organizations of all sizes on optimizing operational performance, increasing service delivery and improving employee engagement. Jenn sees her role as that of an architect who brings visionary ideas to fruition. Whether renovating existing concepts or providing the blueprint for a new model or tool, Jenn partners with her clients to construct innovative, yet straightforward solutions to achieving organizational success.

Nate Rahmeier is the Founder and Managing Partner of Peak Advisory Consulting. For nearly 15 years, he’s had the privilege to advise top-tier Fortune 500 companies on their human capital needs. As a lifelong health enthusiast, a collegiate adjunct professor, and former fitness and baseball coach, Nate strives to partner with his clients and the team he leads to reach their fullest potential.

As a Senior Consultant at Peak, Gabrielle Thomas brings a wealth of talent management expertise. She enjoys taking on projects that help teams align recruitment and retention strategies with broader outcomes. Operating as a continuous learner, she regularly benchmarks progress against industry and personal standards, keeping the bar high for herself and her clients. She is known for her project management skills and seeks to understand the “why” behind anything she undertakes ‒ aligning with clients and teammates through frequent conversations and requests for feedback.

Christina Wang leads Peak’s Fractional HR leadership team and brings over 20 years of experience structuring and leading engagements centered around clients in the small business and start-up space. Prior to Peak, Christina served as the Chief People & Financial Officer for Impekable, an award-winning, 100% remote digital product company, where she managed the entire talent lifecycle from recruiting through offboarding, as well as its finance functions. She’s an International Coaching Federation certified executive and leadership coach, and a diversity, equity, and inclusion leader.
